What is its specialty?
The main attraction of Signature Bridge is its main pillar, whose height is 154 meters. Mirrors have been mounted around the top of the pillar. When people reach the destination through the lift, they will get to see Delhi’s top view, which will be more than the elevation of any building in Delhi or feel that its height is more than double than the Qutub Minar,which will make it special for tourists.

This bridge, built on Yamuna River, connects North Eastern Delhi with Karnal by Pass Road. In 2011, the price increased to Rs 1131 crore and now it has finally become ready for Rs 1518.37 crore.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia took charge of the Signature Bridge as soon as he took charge of the Ministry of Tourism. Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation, under the Ministry of Tourism, is building Signature Bridge. Not only because he is also the Finance Minister of Delhi, but he has also given all the financial problems related to the project as soon as possible. How much time to change? How many ministers
When the thinking of this bridge was started, then there was a BJP government in Delhi but the concrete scheme was ready in 2004 when Sheila Dikshit became the Chief Minister of Delhi for the second time. Rahul Gandhi also came formally in politics only then The project was to be completed before the Commonwealth Games, but its construction work only started. After this 2013 deadline was kept but the bridge was not ready. Sheila Dikshit government of Delhi went to Delhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s government came to the country but the bridge was not completed.
After Sheila Dikshit in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal became the Chief Minister after that, President’s rule was also felt and Arvind Kejriwal became Chief Minister again in 2015. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi became the country but Signature Bridge was not completed. Tourism Minister in the Kejriwal government, Jitendra Singh Tomar then Kapil Mishra and then Rajendra Pal Gautam visited the Signature Bridge in the early days of assuming his tourism portfolio and promised to complete it as soon as possible, but the bridge could not be completed.
Eventually, the tourism ministry was given to the nearest and trusted Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and after completing his ministry, Signature Bridge has been completed and is open to the general public
